JOHNSTOWN, Pa. (WJAC) The Ameriserv Flood City Music Festival takes over downtown Johnstown this weekend. This year's lineup includes acts like Cowboy Mouth, Ghost Light and Gin Blossoms. It's the 11th year for the festival, which brings in artists from across the country, but the festival has a little of a complex history.
