LIGONIER - A Westmoreland County emergency dispatcher said a boy fell from a wooden roller coaster at Idlewild amusement park Thursday afternoon. Park spokesman Jeff Croushore told the Associated Press he doesn't know the boy's condition or where he was on the ride when he fell.

Clearfield Co., PA (WJAC) A Clearfield County inmate has been charged with the overdose death of a woman. According to a probable-cause affidavit, in July, 38-year-old Angela Ricketts gave multiple drugs to fellow inmates while she was incarcerated at the Clearfield County Correctional Facility.
